If you are planning to leave from a couple of weeks to months, bacteria and algae may start growing in the filters if the filters are just left in the filtration system.
For the Ceramic Filter, please make sure to wipe it down with a soft wet cloth before storing it in a cool, dry area. Before using it again, please soak it in warm Adya Clarity treated water for 15 minutes.
For the Carbon Filter, if you are going away for more than 3 months, please immerse it in water and put it in your refrigerator.
