With this fruit and/or vegetable loaded bottle, you can be sure that you and your family are replenishing your bodies with nutrients throughout the day... without the extra calories or refined sugar!

How long should I soak the fruits and vegetables for before I can drink the water?

It would be good to infuse the fruits and vegetables for about 1 to 2 hours in room temperature. If you like more of a fruity flavour, you may soak the fruits for another hour or two. You may also leave the fruits in the water overnight by leaving it in the fridge so you have fresh infused water the next morning!

Not tap water. It would be best for you to use purified clean water. Otherwise, you would be drinking all the water pollutants. Please use cold or room temperature water. Although boiling hot water gives you a ready-to-drink infused water right away, Vitamin C and other temperature sensitive nutrients can be destroyed.

If I do not drink my infused water right away, what should I do with it?

If you leave it in room temperature for over 4 or 5 hours on a hot sunny day, you would risk having bacteria growing in your bottle! So if you do not plan on drinking your infused water within that period, put the bottle in the fridge!
