How to prevent mold from growing inside the Mineral Cube?

The mold is caused by moisture on the mineral stones, and may cause bad taste. If mold grows inside the cube, we recommend not to use the same cube. Please wash the pitcher thoroughly with cold water and a mild detergent when you see mold and throw out the mineral cube. Tips * If the machine is not used for a couple of days, soak the cube in water and put it in the fridge. * Avoid putting pitcher in area exposed to heat and sunlight.

What is the shelf life and recommended storage condition for new, unopened Mineral Cubes?

Here are some things to take note of: 1) The pitcher is not properly seated on the top of the base. It is not recommended that anything but water be placed in the Vitalizer Plus. Powders or juices may leave residues on or in the mineral basket which will affect the taste and color of subsequent batches. However, juices and powders may be mixed with vitalized water in a separate container.

The Vitalizer Plus machine has a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty. It is valid for a refund within 30 days of its arrival date. When it is sent back after the 30 days, a 10% restocking fee is applied.
