If you are experiencing issues where the remote is not responding to your diffuser, you may need to sync it again.
Here is how:
1. Disconnect the power to the diffuser
2. Press and hold the button 30/60S on the remote, the blue light on the remote should be flashing (Do not release the button 30/60S)
3. While holding the button 30/60S, plug in the power to the diffuser
4. If the red light on the diffuser flashes, it means the remote is paired successfully
5. The remote is synced and your diffuser is ready to use!
