How many wash loads will the Washer Pearls and the Dryer Cartridges last?

In the Starter Pack, you will get 10 x Washer Pearls which last up to 120 wash cycles. There will also be 2 x Dryer Cartridges which last up to 20 x drying cycles. Washing Machine: Put 5x Washer Pearls in one green ball. This will last for 60 wash cycles. Dryer Machine: Put 1x Dryer Cartridge in the other green ball. This will last for 10 drying cycles.

What ingredients are in the Washer Pearls?

The pearls are consisted of natural ingredients such as: * Sodium percarbonate (oxygen bleach) * Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) * CMEA (coconut surfactant) * Borax (brightener and disinfectant) * CMC (cellulose gum for soil suspension) * Nano silver (antibacterial) * Tea Tree oil (antibacterial) * Lavender essential oil (natural fragrance)

What are the ingredients in the Dryer Cartridge?

The Dryer Cartridges are consisted of natural ingredients such as: * 100% pure soy wax * Natural essential oils (such as lavender) * Natural softener (biodegradable, and derived from palm oil) and cotton

Can I use the LaundryPLUS+ System in all types of washing and drying machines?

Yes. The LaundryPLUS+ System works on top and front loaders, as well as HE (High-Efficiency) washing machines.

Are there any restrictions I should know about, such as water temperature or type of water?

The LaundryPLUS+ System can sustain any heat setting in your standard consumer washer or dryer. However, as with any cleaning method, the LaundryPLUS+ System will clean better in soft water compared to hard water. It is best to contact the manufacturer of your washing machine and dryer to find any additional information.

Can I use the LaundryPLUS+ System along with the Magnetic Laundry System?

Definitely! In fact, the LaundryPLUS+ System is great for usage in conjunction with the Magnetic Laundry System (MLS) because it performs all of the functions that the MLS does not. Most notably, whitening, disinfecting, and adding fragrance. It will also boost the cleaning ability of the MLS. So using the two would yield maximum results and eliminates the use of detergent!

What if I accidentally put some Washer Pearls and a Dryer Cartridge in the incorrect green unit I was using in the first place?

You do not need to worry about it! As all refills are made with natural ingredients, it will not harm anything. You can switch each unit, put it in the correct machine, and let it be in its new place!

Can I just use the Washer Pearls and the Dryer Cartridges without the units?

We do not recommend directly putting the Washer Pearls and Dryer Cartridges inside your washer or dryer as they are too small to be recoverable after use. The LaundryPLUS+ System is specifically designed to disperse the ingredients in the Washer Pearls and Dryer Cartridges evenly and effectively.

What is the importance of the container?

The protrusions located on the exterior surface of the container are configured to make contact with, and soften, clothing during the drying cycles by gently "massaging" the fibers.
