Not all sulfates are created the same.
Chemical synthetic based sulfates are not the same as the sulfates in Adya Clarity, which are in their natural salt form.
Most sulfate allergies are associated with the chemical sulfates that are added to food and drugs. Natural sulfates are found in all fruits and vegetables in trace amounts. Some people are allergic to chemical sulfates in wine but have no problem with the natural sulfates in Adya Clarity.
